Village Camp Sessions for 2009
$240.00 per Week

The “village” program has activities that are somewhat different than those of the regular campers.  In the village, campers will do a lot more outdoor cooking, will have more small-group devotions and evening activities, and will participate in a mountain bike excursion and a river canoe trip.  Because these activities are geared more toward older campers, the village experience will not be offered to those younger than 5th grade.

An example of one of the village cabins is on the leftEach village cabin houses six people, and four of these cabins to make up the village.

In order to promote a more intimate community, the village is located near the shelterhouse, far away from the regular camper cabins.  Placing the village there allows the shelterhouse to provide space for gathering, meal preparation, and restrooms.
