The new Shelter House (constructed in the spring of 1998) provides a facility for church outings, family reunions, youth retreats and other day events, which is removed from the hub of camp activities. 

This facility has an indoor meeting space with a kitchen and a large, roofed outdoor meeting area seating a maximum of 120 people on picnic tables.  Restrooms are located on the lower level facing the horse pasture.
