Lakeview Villages Cabin Cluster

Campers are housed in “villages”. Each village consists of four camper cabins and a bathhouse/shelterhouse building. The air-conditioned cabins are smaller than the cabins on main camp to make them more “tent-like”. Each cabin holds up to 6 people — 5 campers and a counselor or junior-counselor. In all, the village community is made up of 20 campers, 2 counselors, and 2 junior counselors. In 2011, three villages were operational, allowing for a maximum of 60 campers at camp each week.
The bathhouse/shelterhouse building located in each village has bathrooms for both genders, each containing two toilets, two showers, and three sinks. The other end of the building is a picnic shelter for meals eaten at the village. Immediately outside the picnic area is a fire ring for outdoor cooking, and an indoor kitchen holds a household stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a three-compartment sink. This building is handicapped-accessible and also contains a laundry area with washer and dryer.
